Currently serving as Head of Market Intelligence & Training at SCHOTT Pharma since August 2022, Yen has held various leadership roles at SCHOTT from December 2010 to July 2022, including Head of Market Intelligence & Training Business Unit Pharmaceutical System and Senior Manager for Market Intelligence & Training. Yen began a career as a Market Intelligence Analyst at Continental. Academic qualifications include a Diplom Volkswirtin in International Economics with a focus on China from the University of Tübingen and studies in Sinology at Nanjing University.
