Andrew Baginski

Andrew Baginski is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and litigation. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at SCHOTT since August 2023, Andrew previously worked as an Associate at Renzulli Law Firm, LLP, where representation and counseling of domestic and foreign corporate clients in commercial and litigation matters occurred from November 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, Andrew practiced at Hodges Walsh & Burke, LLP, focusing on various litigation aspects in both state and federal courts between September 2018 and October 2020. Andrew's legal career began as a Senior Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Unified Court System, assisting Justices from March 2015 to September 2018 by analyzing legal issues and drafting opinions. Earlier roles included criminal defense representation at Larkin, Ingrassia & Brown, LLP, and litigation management at Cavalry Portfolio Services. Andrew's legal foundation was built at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where a Juris Doctor was earned, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution.
