Bill James has a robust work experience that spans various roles and responsibilities. Bill started their career as a Product Development Scientist at SCHOTT in November 2010 and was promoted to Supervisor in February 2014. In August 2016, they became the Head of Materials Development, where they led the team and played a crucial role in research and innovation.
