Dr. Andreas Kuhnle is currently the Head of OT for Advanced Optics at SCHOTT, where they oversee a global Operations Technology program focused on Smart Manufacturing applications. They have developed and lead a global team and established an OT service team in South-East Asia, implementing measures for OT security and Business Continuity Management. Prior to this role, Dr. Kuhnle held various positions, including Group Leader Production System Planning and Research Associate at wbk Institut für Produktionstechnik, and they contributed to several internships and consulting roles across notable companies such as AUDI AG and SAP. Dr. Kuhnle holds a Doctor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Karlsruhe, where they graduated summa cum laude. Currently, they are pursuing a Master’s Thesis in Operational Research and Optimization at The University of Edinburgh.
