Krzysztof Stepniewski

Krzysztof Stepniewski has extensive experience in management across various industries, primarily in the beverage and materials sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Schott Poland since October 2003, Krzysztof oversees operations for a multinational group specializing in special glass and materials. Prior roles include Manager of Business Development for East Europe at Schott, General Manager at FHP Vileda Poland, and General Manager at IDV Poland, where involvement with premium beverage brands was prominent. Krzysztof also held managerial positions at Dalimpex Ltd and AGROS SA, demonstrating a robust background in trade and food production. Krzysztof holds a Master’s degree from SGH in Foreign Trade.
