Marion Pyschik has over 30 years of work experience. Marion started their career as a Manager Controlling at Friedola in 1991 and worked there until 1992. In 1993, Marion worked as a Marketing Intern at Funkhaus Würzburg Studiobetriebs GmbH. Marion then joined Volkswagen AG in 1995 as a Human Resources Intern. In 1996, Marion became a Media Planning Intern at Initiative. In 1997, they joined SCHOTT-Rohrglas GmbH as a Marketing Manager and held that role until 2006. Marion then became a Senior Expert Marketing Communication at SCHOTT-Rohrglas GmbH from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Director Marketing at SCHOTT-Rohrglas GmbH. Since 2012, Marion has been working as the Director Marketing Business Unit Tubing at SCHOTT AG.

Marion Pyschik attended the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. In 2018, Marion obtained a certification in Social Selling Mastery from Sales for Life.
