Ralf Reschke

Ralf Reschke started their work experience with Hoechst AG in 1995 as a Project Engineer and later became a Plant Engineer. In 1998, they joined Clariant and held various roles including Head of Process Engineering and Mechanical Workshops, Head of IGS Engineering, and Head of Site Strategy & Performance. Ralf also served as the General Manager of Colex Spółka z o.o. and as the Procurement Director. In 2014, they became the Vice President Global Operations at SCHOTT.

Ralf Reschke obtained their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University between 1989 and 1995. In 2000, they pursued their Executive MBA in Corporate Management at the University of Augsburg. In the following year, Ralf Reschke furthered their education in Corporate Management, obtaining another Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
