Roland Schwandt

Roland Schwandt has extensive work experience in sales and project management. Roland started their career at SCHOTTEL in 2000 as a Project Manager, where they worked until 2006. After that, they joined Centa Antriebe Kirschey GmbH as a Sales Manager for a brief period of three months. In 2006, they returned to SCHOTTEL as a Sales Manager and later progressed to become the Head of Sales from 2014 to 2016. Roland then served as the Sales Director for Tug & Offshore Energy from 2017 to 2018, and currently holds the position of Vice President Sales since October 2018 at SCHOTTEL. Additionally, they serve as a Member of the board at Elkon Elektrik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. since May 2022.

Roland Schwandt attended the University of Duisburg-Essen from 1992 to 2000. During this time, they obtained a Dipl. Ing degree in Schiffstechnik.
