Zhong Xin

Zhong Xin is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in training, coaching, and project management. As the Founder and L&D Consultant at Studio-X-Learning since November 2016, Zhong specializes in designing and delivering leadership and team coaching programs. In addition to this role, Zhong has served as a Contract Instructor at Schouten China since October 2013, where the focus includes various management training topics. Previous positions include Business Development Manager and Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Schouten China, and Project Management Consultant at GMG Consultants. Early career roles encompassed project management and engineering positions at LEM, IEE, Nypro, and Husky Injection Molding Systems. Zhong holds a Master’s degree in Material Process Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
