Door Adriaanse

Door Adriaanse is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Schouten Zekerheid since May 2016, Door has also held the position of HR Manager and interim HR advisor, focusing on general HR functions with a specific emphasis on recruitment and selection. Prior to this, Door was the owner of Zorg & Saam, a private home care organization assisting seniors in independent living. Earlier career experiences include a tenure at ING from 2001 to 2012 as a Senior HR Consultant and various HR consultancy roles at ING Nederland and Start People, specializing in recruitment within financial services. Door holds a degree in HR Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional education in organizational change and management.
