Jan-Maarten van Bochove, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP), has extensive experience in the field of pensions and employee benefits. Since January 2014, Jan-Maarten has served as a Consultant at Schouten Zekerheid, advising on group pension schemes, disability schemes, medical schemes, and financial planning, while also providing HR-related support, with a focus on international clients as the primary contact in the Netherlands for the Asinta network. Previously, Jan-Maarten held roles at Kok Assurantien b.v. and De Amersfoortse Verzekeringen, where responsibilities included account management and relationship management in employee benefits and pensions. Educational achievements include ongoing WFT studies, certification in financial planning, and a degree in International Business and Languages from HEAO (Ichthus Rotterdam).

With more than 250 colleagues, Schouten Zekerheid works every day on real security for everyone. Our family business has been an independent insurance broker since 1953, a specialist in keeping risks manageable and mediating in insurance for companies, institutions and trade associations. We do this for various risk themes, such as liability, transport, fire/business interruption, construction, debtors and digital. In addition, we traditionally have special expertise in the field of employee benefits and insurable terms of employment, from pensions to collective health insurance and from absenteeism to sustainable employability.
