Nicholas Hess

Nicholas Hess is an experienced wine industry professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Production Manager at Schramsberg Vineyards since March 2023, Nicholas has also held various positions including GM/Winemaker at Leghorn Wine Company since August 2012, and Production Manager at Meadowcroft Wines from 2016 to April 2023. Nicholas' earlier roles include Assistant Winemaker/Cellar Master at Meadowcroft Wines, Harvest Enologist at Balletto Vineyards and Winery, and Cellar Operator II at Franciscan Estates, among others. With educational credentials from Petaluma High School, Santa Barbara City College, and Universidad de Belgrano, Nicholas possesses a solid foundation in both production and winemaking.
