Evie Roos

Evie Roos is an Independent Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in Human Resources and Corporate Governance, accumulating over twenty years in global roles and ten years in legal and ESG fields. Evie has held senior positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer and SVP of Human Resources Management, and currently chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committees at Eurofins and Schréder while serving on their Sustainability and Corporate Governance Committees. Committed to representing the "voice of the people" at the board level, Evie plays a vital role in shaping People Strategies and driving sustainability agendas. Evie holds degrees in Law, European Studies, and Business/Managerial Economics, as well as a certificate from the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment at the University of Oxford.
