Inês Vieira Nascimento, MBA, serves as the Global Chief People Officer at Schréder and has held prominent roles including co-CHRO and Global Talent Director. Prior experience includes Regional Head of HR for Western Europe at Sumol Compal, HR Manager focused on compensation, benefits, global mobility, and employee relations, as well as Global Talent Consultant for Thrive Through Transition in China. Additionally, Inês has worked as an HR Project Manager for organizational development at EPB in the USA and as Global Mobility Coordinator and Strategic HR Senior Consultant at Millennium bcp. Inês holds a Master of Business Administration from IE Business School and has further education from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
