Shawon Imtiaz

Shawon Imtiaz is currently serving as the S&OP Team Leader at Schréder since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning, integrating demand forecasting and supply planning, and monitoring key performance indicators for continuous improvement. Prior experience includes roles as a Supply Chain Planner at Schréder, as well as Production Supervisor at Lowa Lighting, where Shawon managed production schedules and raw material planning. Experience also extends to Bangladesh Lamps Limited, where Shawon worked as an Engineer in R&D and QA, focusing on product development and supplier evaluation, and as a Process & Quality Control Engineer. Earlier career highlights include working at SSG - Super Star Group as a Production Engineer overseeing factory operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology and ongoing studies at the University of Sydney.
