Gia Yang

Gia Yang is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in industrial and distribution process engineering. Currently serving as a Distribution Process Engineer at Schreiber Foods since July 2020, Gia previously worked as an Industrial Engineer at PlayPower, Inc. and KMT WATERJET SYSTEMS. Earlier experience includes roles as an Ergonomics Intern, Six Sigma Project Leader, and Statistical Process Control Project Leader at Butterball, LLC, where process improvement and data analysis were key focuses. Gia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Technology from Missouri Southern State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
