Gustavo Deb Mastromei is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in managing food production facilities across Europe. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Schreiber Foods since 2017, Gustavo oversees operations at multiple plants located in Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, and the Czech Republic. Prior to this role, Gustavo was the Operations Director for Europe and the Regional Operations Manager for Spain and Portugal. Gustavo's earlier experience includes serving as Plant Manager for Noblejas and Talavera de la Reina plants at Senoble Desserts Premium from 2014 to 2017. With an educational background that includes a Master's degree in Production Engineering and Industrial Plant Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, a postgraduate degree in Industrial Management from IESE Business School Argentina, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Gustavo combines strong academic qualifications with practical leadership in the industry.
