Michelle Malone

Michelle Malone has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, currently serving as the R&D Technical Innovation Director and Strategic Dairy Technologies Program Director at Schreiber Foods since May 2001. In this role, Michelle leads the R&D Innovation team, focusing on technical solutions, cost savings, and exploring new product development opportunities, while also overseeing the sensory program. Previous roles at Schreiber include Group Leader of Product Development, where Michelle directed a team in various cheese and yogurt product lines, and Research and Development Team Leader. Prior to Schreiber, Michelle worked at Cargill as a Research Manager, specializing in lactic cultures for cheese and cultured dairy products. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
