Russell Franks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management at Schreiber Foods, having held multiple roles since January 2011. As the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Manager, Russell leads a team of 22 partners to enhance equipment uptime and asset longevity in a cheese processing facility. Prior roles include site engineer positions at the West Bend and Richland Center plants, focusing on capital project management and expanding the yogurt division. Russell's engineering journey commenced with an internship and a co-op position at Schreiber Foods, where responsibilities included overseeing cheese line installations and implementing lean manufacturing practices. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
