Jeroen van Rooij

Jeroen van Rooij is a seasoned literary author and educator with extensive experience in creative writing and communication. Since September 2017, Jeroen has served as a docent creatief schrijven at Schrijversvakschool and Stichting Perdu, providing guidance to aspiring authors. Jeroen's literary contributions include the publication of two novels, "De eerste hond in de ruimte" and "Het licht," as well as a poetry collection, "Niemand had er enig idee van wat er aan de hand was." Additionally, Jeroen has held various communication roles, including communication advisor at Volant and head of PR at SCOPE scholengroep. Jeroen holds a Master of Arts in Nederlandse Taal en Letterkunde from Utrecht University.
