Krishna Raman

Krishna Raman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Schroders Personal Wealth since August 2019, Krishna has also held prominent roles at Lloyds Banking Group since January 2010, including Head of Corporate and M&A and Senior Corporate Lawyer. Prior to this, Krishna worked as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department at Allen & Overy from March 1999 to December 2009. Krishna holds an LLB from the University of Bristol, obtained between 1994 and 1997, and completed education at Haileybury UK from 1988 to 1993.
