She joined Schroders in 2008 and worked in a variety of client channel media relations roles before becoming Head of Communications in 2014. She is now Global Head of Marketing and Communications, which involves articulating and delivering strategic vision for Marketing and Communications for the Group globally and working closely with the teams who are responsible for product development, strategy and investment capabilities, to provide insights which help the Group understand and anticipate client demand patterns and needs. Prior to Schroders, Beth held communications roles at Aviva Investors before moving to the UK in 2004. She spent her early career in corporate communications roles in Australia.
