Jayne May has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for Australia at Schroders since May 2017. Prior to this role, Jayne held positions at AMP as a People & Culture Specialist and worked as an HR Consultant at both Shadforth Financial Group Ltd and GroupGSA. Jayne's career began with roles at RailCorp and Centacare, alongside various HR positions at GroupGSA and Schroders, where a significant part of the experience included maternity leave contracts. Jayne holds Diplomas in Business Management and Human Resources from TAFE Sydney Institute.
