Joanna McClements

Joanna McClements is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and process architecture. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Schroders since November 2019, Joanna leads strategic change initiatives with a focus on Target Operating Models and Business Architecture. Prior to this role, Joanna was an Enterprise Process Architect at Schroders, establishing frameworks for process architecture. At UBS, from May 2016 to November 2019, Joanna held the position of Director in the Process Transformation Practice, managing teams and delivering process transformation projects across multiple business units. Joanna's career began with a Principal Consultant role at PA Consulting, where expertise in business process modelling and model management was developed. An early internship at Lehman Brothers involved work in the Operations Technology Group, focusing on data warehousing and systems management. Joanna holds a degree in Management, IT and Language from the University of York.
