Jon Burrows

Jon Burrows serves as the Global Head of Technology for Global and Direct Custody Asset Servicing at Citi since August 2018. In parallel, Jon has been an Independent Contractor at Schroders since July 2017, focusing on business analysis and project management for the Aladdin implementation. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure at JPMorgan Chase from March 2000 to January 2017, where Jon held several key positions, including Executive Director overseeing asset servicing product initiatives, operational project leadership, and management of global corporate actions. Throughout this career, Jon has demonstrated expertise in delivering operational efficiencies, enhancing customer service, and managing risk and regulatory requirements within financial services.
