Joyce Lim

Joyce Lim, CFA, CAIA, is the Head of Wealth for Private Bank, Asia at Schroders, a role Joyce has undertaken since 2024. With over two decades of experience in the banking and wealth management industry, Joyce has previously served as the Executive Director and Regional Head of Advisory and Funds at UOB from 2016 to 2021, and as the Head of Research & Advisory at Citibank from 2010 to 2016. Joyce contributed to investment research and advisory across Asia during her tenure at Citibank and has played a pivotal role in building mutual funds businesses and designing client advisory propositions. Currently, Joyce is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy at Nanyang Technological University. Beyond her professional commitments, Joyce values meditation and yoga, considering them essential for maintaining balance in her life.
