Katie Frame

Katie Frame is an experienced Active Ownership Manager at Schroders since August 2021, focusing on social engagement in human capital, human rights, and diversity & inclusion. Frame leads the development of the firm’s Engagement Blueprint and oversees the strategy for engagement on social issues. Previously, as Assistant Manager of Engagement at Federated Hermes, responsibilities included leading high-level engagements on various ESG topics and developing proxy voting guidelines for North America. Frame also held roles at Samsung Electronics, contributing to sustainability efforts and corporate communications through a graduate program, and completed a summer placement in corporate affairs at Sky. Educational background includes a Geography BSc from Durham University and a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online.
