Mike Marsh

Mike Marsh is a Senior Advisor and Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in strategic program management and operational oversight across the investment funds sector. Currently, they serve as Chairman of the Board at Schroders ICAV Fund Board and as a Non-Executive Director for ChangeNet Solutions, Schroders Private Equity Fund of Funds, and Schroders Ireland Ltd. Previously, they held senior roles including Chief Operating Officer at CBRE and Head of Shared Services at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, where they managed large teams and drove significant operational changes. Marsh holds degrees from City University Business School and Newham College, along with a qualification in MSP Programme Management from the Association of Project Managers.
