Peter Hilborne

Peter Hilborne is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Operations at Schroders, a position held since 2019, and also serves as Chief Operating Officer for Product at the same company since 2017. Prior to Schroders, Peter was the Head of Operational Change Management at Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC from 2006 to 2012, and held the role of Business Controls Manager at Barclays Global Investors in 2005-2006. Peter's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Senior Manager from 1992 to 2005. Peter earned a Master’s Degree in Economics and Accounting from Durham University, following their high school education at Millfield.
