Rupert Rucker

Rupert Rucker is an Investment Director at Schroders, specializing in US and global small cap equity. They began their career in investment management at Flemings in 1993, progressing from a graduate training program to a UK analyst and then a fund manager for the Fleming Russia Securities Fund. Rupert later worked at WestLB Mellon Asset Management as a product manager and head of new business development for Asia before returning to Schroders in 2005, where they have held various leadership roles, including Head of Product Management for Asian Equities and Head of Income Solutions. With extensive international experience in Asia, Europe, and the USA, Rupert has a strong track record in business growth and product development.
