Scott Brown

Scott Brown is the CEO of Nexeon Ltd, an Imperial College spin-out specializing in silicon anode technology for next-generation lithium-ion batteries, a position held since May 2009. Concurrently, Scott serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Schroders UK Public Private Investment Trust since April 2015, focusing on investments in UK companies for long-term growth. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Vice President at Cambridge Display Technology Ltd, where Scott led initiatives to maintain market leadership and negotiated strategic projects, and as Executive Vice President at Sumation Co Ltd, where Scott was instrumental in establishing a joint venture. Earlier, Scott served as R&D Director at Dow Corning Corp., collaborating with leading global electronic companies on silicon-based technologies.
