Steve Woolley is an experienced equity analyst currently working on Schroders Value Team since November 2025. Prior to this role, Steve served as Head of Research for Ninety One's Value Capability from January 2008 to October 2025 and co-managed Global and UK Value Equity strategies. Steve began career as an analyst on Investec Asset Management's Value team, covering UK and Global stocks. Earlier experience includes an associate position at the Financial Services Authority, which involved a comprehensive training program and a secondment to an asset management firm. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham and professional development at CFA Institute from 2005 to 2007.
