Thomas Roger is currently the Head of People & Culture at Schroders Capital, following a progression through various roles within the company, including Head of Compensation and Head of Compensation & Analytics. Previously, Thomas served as an Associate Director in the Reward Consulting practice at Deloitte UK, providing expertise in executive remuneration for FTSE-listed companies. Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Reward Manager at Vitruvian Partners and held an Associate position at Kepler Associates. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with First Class Honours from the University of Oxford and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
