Thomas Williams has extensive experience in trading and structuring within financial markets, currently serving as the Head of Solutions Trading & Structuring at Schroders since March 2012. In this role, Thomas oversees all trading activities for Schroders Solutions and manages complex mandates involving a range of products such as rates, FX, equity, credit, and various derivatives. Prior to this, Thomas held leadership positions at Jefferies, including Head of Solutions Trading and Head of Rates Structuring and Trading, and worked as an Interest Rate Options Trader at Dresdner Kleinwort, where the focus was on exotic rates. Thomas began the career as an Exotic Rates Trader and Quant at Dresdner Kleinwort and completed a brief internship at Oxera. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Financial Maths and a Bachelor's degree in Maths, both from the University of Warwick.
