Tim Goodman

Tim Goodman is an experienced Corporate Governance Adviser currently serving as Head of Corporate Governance at Schroders since December 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Federated Hermes Limited from January 2008 to December 2021, including Director, Associate Director, and Manager. Tim's career in corporate governance began at Domestic & General, where responsibilities included Company Secretariat from 1992 to 2007. Tim is a Chartered Secretary in Corporate Governance, having graduated from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
