Tom Grady is a qualified ACA and CFA with a First Class Master's in Engineering and nearly a decade of experience in equity markets. Their career began as a Design Engineer at MBDA before transitioning to PwC as a Senior Associate, where they focused on financial services during the financial crisis. Tom then became an Analyst at Edison Investment Research, before moving to Schroders as a Fund Manager and Equity Research Analyst. They excel in developing investment processes, including screening and risk management tools, and are passionate about generating investment ideas rooted in continuous improvement and intellectual rigor.
