Tom Stapleton is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in fund operations, accounting control, and performance analysis. Since January 2009, Tom has held leadership positions at Schroders, including Global Product Owner for Analytics & Reporting and Global Head of Accounting & Performance. Prior to this, Tom served as Head of Portfolio Accounting & Performance and Head of Performance at Capital International Ltd from January 1998 to December 2008. Tom began the career as a Product Support Specialist at Econostat from 1995 to 1997. Tom holds a 2.1 degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University and is a CFA Charterholder.
