Wouter S.

Wouter S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Wouter started their career in 2006 as a Lecturer at Leiden University Medical Center and then moved on to work as a Junior Treasurer at BinckBank from 2010 to 2012. Wouter then joined A.T. Kearney as a Strategy Consultant from 2012 to 2014. Wouter subsequently joined EY in 2014 as a Manager in the Strategy & Customer team, where they focused on strategy development, digital transformation, and organization design in the Financial Services sector. After working at EY for four years, Wouter joined Schroders in 2018 as a Principal Consultant. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Business Transformation Lead at the same company. Additionally, Wouter has been a Listening volunteer at Samaritans since 2021.

Wouter S. has a Master's degree in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Wouter also holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Astrophysics from the same university. Prior to their university education, Wouter attended Gymnasium Felisenum, where they studied Physics, Mathematics, and Economics. Wouter has an additional certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist.
