Boris Aillard

Boris Aillard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of synthetic chemistry and drug development. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Deployment Manager at Schrödinger since September 2025, Boris previously held various leadership roles at Evotec, including Group Leader and Team Leader, from April 2018 to August 2025. Earlier experience includes positions as Research Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Senior Scientist in two separate tenures at Evotec. Boris's academic background includes a PhD from the University of Southampton focused on organic synthesis, as well as master's degrees in Chemistry and Materials from ENSICAEN and in Organic Chemistry from Université de Caen Normandie. The early career included internships at Servier and the University of York, contributing to a solid foundation in asymmetric synthesis and organic chemistry.
