Ed Miller

Ed Miller is an accomplished professional in the field of protein structure modeling, currently serving as Executive Director at Schrödinger since August 2014. In this role, Ed leads the development of protein structure prediction technologies, including Induced Fit Docking and Homology Modeling. Prior to this position, Ed held several key roles at Schrödinger, demonstrating extensive expertise in technical leadership of protein structure prediction and refinement packages. Ed also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Associate Research Scientist at Columbia University, with a strong background in conformational prediction optimization for drug design. Ed's educational credentials include a PhD in Chemical Physics from Columbia University and dual undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Florida.
