Lauren Guglielmello

Lauren Guglielmello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the performing arts and strategic growth. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Growth Associate at Schrödinger since March 2021, Lauren previously held a role as Senior Associate, Candidate Experience. Lauren has also been an Artistic Associate/Performer at Invulnerable Nothings Company since June 2016, where responsibilities include researching text and language, leading discussions, and creating promotional materials. Further experience includes serving as a Public Speaking Instructor for international students at Dipont Education and supporting acting education as a Teacher's Assistant at Tanya Berezin Studio. In the restaurant industry, Lauren managed operations at Virginia's Restaurant. Academically, Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from DePaul University and furthered training in improvisation and sketch writing through recognized programs.
