Markus Dahlgren

Markus Dahlgren is a Principal Scientist II at Schrödinger since October 2013, previously serving as Associate Principal Scientist in the Drug Discovery Applications Group. Prior to this role, Markus was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the lab of Professor William L. Jorgensen at Yale University from June 2010 to October 2013. Earlier experience includes two years as a Medicinal Chemist at AstraZeneca R&D, focusing on organic synthesis. Markus holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Umeå University, completed in 2010, and a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from the same institution, attained in 2003.
