Michael Braden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and technical consulting. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect II at Schrödinger since September 2017, Michael leads the Solutions Architect team and acts as a liaison for SA-related issues. Past roles include Principal Solutions Architect I and Senior Solutions Architect at Schrödinger, and Consultant for Informatics Services at ChemAxon. Michael's academic background includes a PhD in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Purdue University and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Oregon. Prior to industry roles, Michael worked at the University of Montana as a Research Assistant Professor and Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, managing labs and conducting advanced research in pharmacology and molecular modeling.
