Michael Lamers

Michael Lamers has extensive experience in international sales and management, most notably serving as International Sales Manager at Schroeder Industries LLC since June 2007, where the focus has been on developing a global sales network and leading opportunities worldwide. Prior roles include VP of Sales and Marketing, where leadership of a diverse team centered on filtration solutions for mobile and industrial innovation was paramount, and EVP & General Manager at Schroeder Industries LLC following its acquisition by HTC, which involved restructuring and relocating manufacturing facilities. Additionally, Michael Lamers held the position of General Manager at Hydac Canada, where significant growth was achieved in establishing a presence in the hydraulic market. Education includes studies at Niagara College, Mohawk College, and McMaster University in Canada. Currently, Michael Lamers is retired as of January 2024.
