Patricia Kier Sphr

Patricia Kier, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in labor negotiations, employee investigations, and workforce management. Currently serving at Schroeder Industries LLC since July 2014, Patricia previously held the same title at Pittsburgh Post-Gazette from October 2005 to July 2014, where significant achievements included leading labor negotiations with multiple unions, conducting extensive employee training programs, and managing the grievance process. Earlier roles included Human Resources Specialist at Sears Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management, compliance tracking, and training. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Robert Morris University.
