Maria joined Schroeder Management Company in 2013 as a Community Manager, and in 2015 she was promoted to Regional Manager. She has over 20 years of experience managing a diverse real estate portfolio including multi-family residential, homeowner associations, manufactured homes, and retail properties throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County.
