Paul Schroeder

Paul is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Paul began investing in apartment buildings in the early 1970’s. Prior to joining his brother Ernie in Schroeder Management Company he was a Project Manager with two aerospace companies working with the development of military aircraft avionics systems and communication satellites. He is responsible for corporate office operations, as well as investor and lender relations and long term planning. Paul serves on the Board of Trustees of Concordia University Irvine.
