Roy Auvinen

Roy Auvinen is a skilled manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in improving productivity, production output, and quality across various engineering roles. Currently, Roy is with Schuette Metals as a Manufacturing Engineer since June 2023, having previously worked at United Alloy as a Manufacturing Process Engineer II from October 2021 to July 2023, and at KUHN Group from July 2016 to October 2021 as a Manufacturing Engineer. Roy's expertise includes analyzing engineering designs, optimizing manufacturing processes, and enhancing machine utilization. Earlier roles included a Senior Design Project as a Mechanical Engineer at Parker Hannifin, an internship at ME Global Elecmetal, and positions in metal fabrication and concrete work. Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an Associate of Science degree in Engineering from Gogebic Community College.
