Engineering Group Lead - Mechanical And Hydraulic at Schuler Group

Rodrigo de Paula Branco has a strong work experience in the engineering industry. Rodrigo initially started as an Internship Trainee at Schuler Group in 2008, where they gained valuable knowledge and skills. Rodrigo then joined CBC - Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos in 2003 as a Process Technician, where they worked until 2008.

In 2010, Rodrigo returned to Schuler Group and took on the role of Project Technician, where they managed service projects, provided technical customer support, and oversaw assembly and maintenance. Rodrigo later transitioned to the role of Project Engineer, responsible for designing and developing Mechanical and Hydraulic presses, as well as monitoring manufacturing and assembly.

Rodrigo's role within Schuler Group continued to evolve, and they then became a Konstrukteur, focusing on design and development of Mechanical Servo presses. Rodrigo utilized software such as CATIA V5/V6 and SAP for their work. In 2017, they became a Mechanical Engineer, contributing to the overall mechanical/hydraulic service engineering and design of Schuler equipment's.

Since April 2020, Rodrigo has been serving as the Engineering Group Lead - Mechanical and Hydraulic at Schuler Group. In this role, they are responsible for various tasks such as design and integration of Schuler equipment, evaluation of customer requests, technical support, troubleshooting, and more. Currently, they are focused on improving processes, managing mechanical projects, and developing global mentoring and inspection systems.

Rodrigo de Paula Branco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia between 2006 and 2011. Rodrigo pursued further education in the field of Industrial and Product Design by completing a Graduate Course in Management and Technology at FEI from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Rodrigo obtained a certification in CREA from CREA-SP. Prior to their university studies, they also completed a Mechanical Technician and Tooling program at Senai São Paulo from 2003 to 2005.
