Schuler Scholar Program
Susan Kamp is the Director of Finance and Administration at the Schuler Family Foundation's Schuler Scholar Program, overseeing financial activities and staff management. Susan also serves as the Executive Assistant to Mr. Jack W. Schuler. Prior to their current role, Susan owned and managed Sproing Fitness LLC and Sport Sport Club. Susan has a background in business development, real estate investment banking, and investment banking groups, having completed numerous high-profile transactions. Susan holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Schuler Scholar Program
The Schuler Scholar Program equips bright, motivated youth with the support they need to gain access to and succeed at highly selective colleges and beyond. Schuler Scholars are typically first generation college-bound, are students of color, or come from low-income families. We are based in Lake Forest, Illinois with 14 partnership high schools in Chicago and the northern suburbs. Our program works with Scholars for four years in high school and continues to provide professional development and supportive services to Scholars during college and beyond.
